I tried to use your method and it works on a single DATE_FORMAT(date_completed, &#039;%m&#039;) as month_completed.

If i select more than one field, like example
DATE_FORMAT(date_completed, &#039;%m&#039;) as month_completed, DATE_FORMAT(date_completed, &#039;%M&#039;) as month_name, 
the data return to me is still one field, cakephp just ignored the second field...

If i removed the first field, then the second field will be able to display</description>
