Chris,

I see you have been doing some work with Komodo and CakePHP. I am trying to get the remote debugging stuff setup so that I can use Komodo on my Vista machine (it's a work one, so no Linux) and so that I can remotely debug apps running on a web server.

I have got all the hooks working correctly, as if I browse to the app in Firefox and supply a ?XDEBUG_SESSION_START=1 to the URL Komodo lights up. The only problem is that I then get a "Missing Controller" error saying that " XDEBUGSESSIONSTART1Controller could not be found." which I assume is the rewrite engine kicking in.

How have you got this all setup?

@Doug

Thanks for the tip! The main thing I'm interested in is the ability to debug the Ajax parts of my applications, which is dead simple with Firebug. If this can do it, then I can go back to Safari for all my dev work again

Chris, the latest version of Safari has a new Firebug-like Develop feature. You have to enable it in Preferences->Advanced.
